These Cake Mix Sprinkle Cookies are all treat, no trick! Soft, fluffy, and rolled in Halloween sprinkles for the perfect spooky bite.
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Halloween colored nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, and cake mix in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes to make the dough a more easy to work with and to get fluffier cookies.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
4. Use a 1 teaspoon cookie scoop to measure out the dough. Then roll each dough ball in sprinkles and place on prepared baking sheet. *If you find the dough is too sticky, add about one tablespoon of flour to the dough and work that in.
5. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
6. Allow to cool a minute or two on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
