These bite-size brownie bats are flying straight onto our Halloween dessert table! 🦇🍫 Perfect for spooky parties or movie nights.
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
Oreos, cut in half
Chocolate frosting
Candy eyes
A little frosting or melted chocolate to “glue” wings and eyes
Instructions:
1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on the box.
2. Spray a mini cupcake pan with nonstick spray and fill each cup about ¾ full.
3. Bake 12–15 minutes or until the centers are set.
4. While still warm, use a teaspoon to gently press down the center of each brownie to make a small well. Let cool completely.
5. Pipe or spoon chocolate frosting into each well.
6. Carefully cut whole Oreos in half. Press one Oreo half into each side of the frosted brownie bite for wings.
7. Add candy eyes above the frosting.
